If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (sorry, shipping costs, special orders, final sale items, personalized merchandise, and gift-wrapping charges are not refundable) To expedite any return, please email our Customer Service or call us at 1-917-613-4741 for an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return and write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a note explaining the reason for your return.

Merchandise must be returned fully insured. To protect you, we open all of our returns in the presence of two jewelers to verify the contents of the packages upon their arrival. We will only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, marks or nicks.
